Wonderous Wishing Well
The wishing well is a random, raffle-based activity. Once a month every player can throw in coins to wish for a prize! Every wish will win something, with rewards ranging from coins to familiar items or aesthetic items. The most valued prize is the Elder's Tear. Ready to try your luck?
To play, choose a character, the number of coins you'd like to toss into the well, and provide a short story (2-5 sentences) describing how your character places their coins into the well.

After a long day of diving, Lumiel decided to stop by the well on her way back home. She plodded over to the well, adjusting her still wet hair. She picked up a couple of Bi, and flicked them into the well. "Please send me good weather for diving if you can!" She turned on her heel, and continued on her way home.

Evan couldn't stop herself from smiling as she pranced up to the Well with a hop, skip and a jump. Her bright eyes peered down into the water as she clasped her hands together before her. A small trio of her familiars trailing behind. She stood there for just a moment before tossing a handful of her Bi into the waiting waters below. Waving down to the depth as the ripples gradually dissipated.

Alistair went with all his familiars to the wishing well. He was hoping to show that when you wish for good things, they do happen. He grabbed his money and threw it in.

Was this his third time here, he couldn't really remember to be honest. Looking into the well's depths he would stare into it for a long long moment before releasing a breath he didn't even know he had been holding. After a moment a smile curled upon his face and he would slowly drop each and every coin he held in his hand into the well, listening to the plop at they landed in the water. With a satisfied look on his face he gave a short prayer once more hoping for the things he wished for to come true sooner than later. Turning on his feel he would walk away from the well and hoped to himself.

Lee has returned to the well again. As she stares into the well she smiles "I hope that my wish comes true. Thank you well for giving me this chance."
She closes her eyes, makes her wish then drops the coins into the water and waits.

Lestat swept his long hair from his face as he looked down in the water below in the well. "Woah, I can feel it....The pull on my thread from a distant, restless hand...Oh, how I need it...Just to know that you're out there pullin' all you can.." He hummed the lyrics to himself as he watched the water ripple from the middle. He'd just gotten back from earth, a strange world his mother told him about, which his persona was sourced from. They'd made his favorite book into a tv show and he was obsessed. He came back singing every line from every song the actor who played his persona sung. "I am the meteor glidin'... Writin' your name in dust as I fall". He finished the song and dropped in 5 bi, waiting to see what the well would give him today.

Kaida found herself sitting at the wishing wells edge, humming ever so softly to herself. She was pondering what to wish for, not really needing nor wanting anything she couldn't do herself. So she does what any sane being does, leaves it up to chance. "Elder's blessings, I wish for a sign, anything to guide my way."
She pulled the coins out and tossed them into the water, the sounds of the coins plunking had her smiling.

Do Wells dream? That was a question that Lore was not expecting an answer for when she stepped into the dreamrealm and came across the well. But there it was, and it seemed to be -alive-. Soft laughter came from her lips as she watched, the stone structure appearing to be smiling with joy as she watched each shiji visit. It seemed to like it when they talked to it, telling them their wishes and feeding eagerly on the tidbits of bi. It tried its best to fulfill them, but had mischief in its mortar sometimes. When all was clear, she gracefully walked up to it, tossed a coin into the chasm. She placed a hand upon it's rocks. "You're a good well."

Stumbling over his own overly large feet, the Solar pup bolted across the cobblestone pathway with barely a spared thought for those around him. Leaving nothing but offended cries and embers in his wake, the Shiji skidded to a stop only when he came across the magical well. Little paws scrapped at the side, claws catching until he was able to heft himself up to peer down at the water. It shimmered back at him, lighting his eyes until he climbed onto the Well's rim and looked down. "Whoa." He whispered to himself, mount barely moving around the coin that was securely in his jaws. A paw reached down to bat at the surface of the water lightly, claws just barely able to reach the surface. Makai's mouth spread in a wide, sharky smirk, and he opened his mouth to let the Bi fall into the water below. "When I grow up, I wish to be a Hero!"

With a gentle flutter, a grunt and a quick breath the small pixie dropped her coins into the well, panting from having to hoist the glittering coins over the rim of the well. A wide smile lay etched across her race, curious and eager: was this the well everyone spoke so highly of? Did it truly grant your heart's desire?
