In Aquatic Summer Festivities ・ Credit: Tyr

A poster advertising a sand sculpture contest at the start of the festival.  Funny, you don't remember any big beautiful sculptures along the beaches right at the start, or the laughter that came with it.  But by the looks of the tattered edges and dirt on the pages, it's doubtful it's even from this year. ... or even last?
